This page explains how content on sensaka.com — glossary pages, comparisons, guides, and blog posts — is produced, reviewed, and corrected. We're publishing it because we think readers deciding whether to trust a technical claim deserve to know where it came from.
How content is produced
Sensaka's content is developed using a combination of subject-matter input from our team — who work directly on out-of-band hardware monitoring, ITSM/CMDB, and AIOps for data center infrastructure — and AI-assisted research and drafting tools. Long-form pages, glossary definitions, and comparison articles are drafted with AI assistance and then reviewed for technical accuracy before publishing.
We are transparent about this because we'd rather you know the actual process than assume a claim about it we can't back up. The standard we hold content to is accuracy and usefulness, regardless of which tools were used to draft it.
What we do and don't claim
We do not publish:
- Invented customer names, testimonials, or logos we don't have permission to use.
- Fabricated statistics, benchmarks, or competitor claims we can't source or reasonably justify.
- Certifications Sensaka or Mustard Seed Solutions does not hold — where a page discusses compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001, it describes how our software helps customers collect evidence for those frameworks, not a certification claim about our own company.
Case study metrics are labeled as deployment models or planning-basis figures where they represent a scenario rather than a specific, named customer result.
Sourcing
Technical explanations (protocol behavior, hardware management standards like IPMI/Redfish/iDRAC/iLO, networking and data center concepts) are grounded in publicly documented, verifiable standards and vendor documentation. Product claims about Sensaka (DCOS, iDCOS, SmartBSM) reflect the platform's actual capabilities as built and deployed.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, an outdated technical detail, or a claim you believe is incorrect, email [email protected] with a link to the page and a description of the issue. We review and correct genuine errors promptly, and update the page's last-modified date when we do.
