One metric, no surprises
Sensaka for Data Centers is priced per managed node per year: servers, storage arrays, network devices, or facility systems. You pay for what you monitor, nothing more. No per-CPU, per-socket, or per-user confusion. Sensaka for AI Data Centers is priced per managed GPU node.
Annual Subscription
Predictable OpEx, no perpetual lock-in
All licences are annual subscriptions. Facility monitoring (DCIM and energy) uses a flat per-facility fee regardless of device count within that site: ideal for colocation operators with dense environments.
Modular by Design
Start small, scale to the full stack
Buy only the modules you need today. Add modules as your requirements grow. Hardware monitoring can operate entirely independently of the CMDB & ITSM module, or feed directly into it via Sensaka Sync for automatic CMDB population and alert-to-ticket automation.

DCIM, ITSM & AIOps Pricing FAQ
Public pricing information and user discussions describe most DCIM vendors (Nlyte, Schneider EcoStruxure IT, Vertiv) charging per managed device, per rack unit, or through enterprise agreements. Sensaka uses a flat per-node per-year model for server monitoring, and a flat per-facility fee for DCIM facility modules: so your annual cost is always predictable regardless of how many UPS units, PDUs, or sensors sit inside that facility.
Public product information presents Schneider EcoStruxure IT primarily as a cloud-SaaS offering, and users describe Nlyte as built around hardware-vendor relationships. Sensaka for Data Centers is deployed entirely on-premises, monitors at the OOB/BMC layer (Redfish, iDRAC, iLO, IPMI), not just agent-level, and is priced transparently without requiring vendor hardware commitments. EU data residency is guaranteed by default.
The ITSM module of Sensaka for Data Centers is priced per agent per year: meaning the service desk staff who handle tickets, not end users. For infrastructure teams this is more cost-effective than the per-user models that users report from tools such as ServiceNow or Freshservice, where every employee who can submit a ticket counts towards the licence.
AIOps and business service management is the third module of Sensaka for Data Centers, priced as a platform licence on top of the hardware and/or CMDB & ITSM modules. It includes business topology visualisation, AI-driven root cause analysis, fault self-healing suggestions, and executive-level analytics. Yes. All three modules are independently licensable. Many customers start with hardware and facility monitoring, then add CMDB & ITSM when they need a unified CMDB or service desk. AIOps can be added at any stage. If you run hardware monitoring and CMDB & ITSM together, Sensaka Sync automatically populates your CMDB from physical discovery and routes hardware alerts into ITSM tickets.
